1.      LEGAL OFFICER

Are you a responsible, motivated and reliable person?

We are seeking to appoint a Legal Officer who will provide legal counsel to the Bank relating to internal and external matters involving the organisation.  Liaise with the Lawyers, Notaries and other parties or institutions to ensure that legal documents are correctly drafted in order to protect the Bank’s interests. Represent the organisation in the court of law and providing legal support services concerning all relevant matters.

Qualifications/Competencies/Experience

• Degree in Law or Legal Studies plus 3 years related work experience

or

• Diploma in Legal Studies plus 5 years in Legal/Banking field

• Able to work independently, act with tact and discretion
• Proficiency with Seychelles Laws
